I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination. Perhaps someone, like an Expert in this forum can offer a much better and easier solution. Sorry but I can't think of another solution to this. Hopefully, that will solve the problem and then you have to add all these bookmarks again manually. Once you have the url links saved somewhere, you can uninstall and re-install Samsung Internet browser. The silly thing is that it will only provide the url link of the bookmark and not an actual html file which most bookmark exports normally offer. Tap on "Share" and select the app you want to share it to, like Gmail (if you want to send an email with all the bookmark links) or convert it to Adobe pdf if you have Adobe reader or to a document file, etc. Tap and hold on any one of the bookmarks and then select "All" at the top left corner to select all the bookmarks (except your folder). Release the button to move the bookmark into the folder. Drag the bookmark over the folder you want it moved to. Click on the folder that holds the bookmark you want to move. Click Bookmarks and then click the Manage bookmarks bar at the bottom. Doesnt seem like a big deal I know, but I have to bookmark many pages and this works best for me. I have to click the arrow next to that and then in the drop down folder click bookmarks toolbar. Tap on the bottom right corner icon, the one with the 3 lines. Click the menu button to open the menu panel. When I bookmark a page, I would like the default choice of where to save it to be bookmarks toolbar The default folder is bookmarks menu. This seems quite a dumb way to save your bookmarks but whatever. To save your bookmarks, you have to "Share" it. Perhaps the bookmark folder, the default folder got corrupted and the browser can't find it and simply saved it to your other folder. I would suggest saving all your bookmarks to somewhere else, like Gmail or something and uninstall and re-install the Samsung internet browser. Click Choose File to browse to the location of your restored bookmark. If it worked before and just recently it started saving in the folder, something obviously happened. In the Library window, click the Import and Backup button and select Restore.
